BLEAKLEY NAMED GOALIE OF THE WEEK

Freshman Diana Bleakley of the Muhlenberg lacrosse team has been named ECAC Division III Southern goaltender of the week after tying a school record with 28 saves in the Mules’ 15-4 loss to nationally ranked Gettysburg.

In her first game of this week, Bleakley recorded 23 saves in a 13-8 win against Cedar Crest. She leads the Centennial Conference in both saves per game and save percentage.

In other team news, the game at Dickinson that was called at halftime last Tuesday has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 24, at 4:30. The remake takes the place of that night’s scheduled home game against Susquehanna, which has been cancelled.
