Competing against the 10th-ranked player in the region at No. 1 singles, sophomore Jenn Powell overcame a 3-0 deficit in the first set to force a tiebreaker. The Blue Jay player prevailed in the tiebreaker and went on to win the second set. |

The Muhlenberg women’s tennis team faced a tough assignment in its
first match of the spring season in Johns Hopkins, ranked 26th in Division
III. The Mules dropped the indoor match, 8-1.
