BASEBALL SHUT OUT AT KING’S

The Muhlenberg baseball team was held to three singles in a 4-0 loss at King’s.

Junior Joe Carlo had two of the hits and was the only Mule to reach third base, getting there with two out in the seventh.

Junior Paul Faith pitched a complete game, allowing three earned runs in eight innings.

Strong Start for Men’s Golf

The Muhlenberg men’s golf team was tied for second place after the first of three rounds of the Centennial Conference Championships.

The Mules shot a 312 to tie with McDaniel, 10 strokes behind Franklin & Marshall. The score was the lowest for Muhlenberg at the CC Championships since it tallied a 305 in the second round en route to the 2004 championship.

Sophomore Bill Snow was tied for second individually; his two-over-par 74 was two strokes off the pace.
