adler wins twice in men’s tennis loss

Freshman Zach Adler was responsible for both points as the Muhlenberg men’s tennis team returned to action after the holiday break with a 7-2 loss to Washington.

Adler (far right) teamed up with classmate Jordan Rutt (near right) for an 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles, then pulled out a 7-5, 6-3 victory at No. 2 singles.

The Mules had never scored more than one point in 15 previous meetings with the Shoremen.
