Health Center - Summer 2008

The Health Center will cease operation for the spring semester on Friday May 16, 2008.  The Health Center will resume services on Thursday August 14, 2008.  The following accommodations have been made should health care be needed during the weeks of closure:

Student Illness/Injury: 

1. Students are responsible for being aware of their health insurance coverage & limitations.  Students are responsible for the cost of all medical care received during the summer. Students should check with their health insurance provider for participating panel physicians in the area.   

2. Students may also call the following physicians during daytime hours (students will be responsible for full payment if health insurance does not participate with these physicians):

The traditional on-call system, which operates throughout the school year, will cease after graduation on May 18, 2008.  The on-call system will resume Wednesday, August 13, 2008.  The Health Center staff will continue to check telephone messages at least weekly throughout the summer. Please leave a message on the Health Center telephone if you need to speak with a staff member.
