Best Buddies is a national organization and Muhlenberg has a very active chapter. The purpose of the group is to bring college students and persons with mental retardation together, one on one, and as a group with friendship as the goal. The Muhlenberg chapter is very large and very active. With over 40 buddy pairs, they have great monthly social events. The activities include trips to the movies and local restaurants, as well as parties on campus.
