In order that the Community Service Office give a complete and inclusive report each semester on the community service activities that have occurred across campus, please be sure the provide the Community Service Office with complete information about your event/activity.  Please be sure to include the names of all individuals that participated in any way.  If individuals would like to report their own form, please visit the menu item for "Individuals" under "Report Hours" (this is useful when graduation comes around and applications/resumes are being filled out and you need to know what service projects you participated in over the course of your Muhlenberg career...).
