DESCRIPTION:
New residence hall consisting of 12 four-person suites on three floors. Brick masonry structure includes a full basement with provision for laundry and meeting space. Building
includes elevator, air-conditioning, and is accessible to physically-challenged students. Each suite includes two double rooms, living room, bathroom, and full kitchen.

CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY DATES:
Excavation and Foundations Begin  - October 23, 2006
Setting of Modular Units - November 13 – 17, 2006
Target Completion Date - February 19, 2007
