Instructions for Mac Users

VLC Media player is a free, open-source player available for a variety of operating systems.

Mac users can utilize VLC to listen to the Real Player stream on the WMUH Website.

1. Download VLC Media Player ( http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ )

2. Select Your Operating System (Leopard is OS X 10.5, Tiger is OS X 10.4)

3. Select A Download Source from the List Provided

4. Install and Open VLC Media Player

5. Right Click or Control + Click, then "Copy Link Location" for the Real Player Link on the homepage of WMUH

( http://muhlenberg.edu/wmuh )

6. In VLC, Select "File" and then "Open Network."

7. Paste the Link Location in Box, Click Open

8. Select the Network Stream in VLC's Playlist and Hit "Play."

9. VLC should then become the default player for Real Player streams.

For future use, you can then click the link directly on the WMUH homepage.
