Trevor Knox holds a BA in economics from Davidson College and a MAC (Master of Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a Certified Public Accountant, Trevor has work experience in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, LLP and in corporate accounting at Toys “R” Us. He earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Connecticut before joining the Muhlenberg faculty in 2000. Trevor teaches primarily in the accounting program and is currently authoring a managerial accounting text. Trevor’s research interests also include topics in the new institutional economics, including the theory of the firm and the economics of shared brands. Many of his publications and conference papers relate to the economics of organization in winemaking.
