Mary Beth Kallen Mary Beth joined Muhlenberg in 1998. She holds a master's degree in education from Lehigh University and a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining the College, Mary Beth spent 11 years working as the director of the Language and Learning Lab at Lehigh University. Mary Beth loves tea, chocolate and cats. Cailin Sweeney Cailin joined Muhlenberg in 2021. She holds a BA in Dance from DeSales University, interned at the Koresh Dance Company, and has been described by her faculty as an excellent choreographer. Prior to joining Muhlenberg, Cailin worked at a Philadelphia-based organization, called Kids at Play, that specializes in whole-child development through multi-sensory experiences and therapeutic intervention. Nicole Gerhard Nicole joined Muhlenberg in fall 2022. Before that, she studied at Lehigh Carbon Community College and spent nearly two decades working both as a paralegal and brokerage sales assistant.
