Courtenay Cooper ’97 and husband Daniel Hall

| ’97 | Sam Agris has an update on the employment front. Sam reports that he recently accepted a position as a business consultant with LScan Technologies in Conshohocken, Pa. Sam is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the system development lifecycle. Specifically, Sam ensures successful implementations of assigned customers by applying technical, business, pharmaceutical industry and LScan-specific knowledge during implementation. He is also heavily involved with the sales, design and implementation process for all assigned customer installations. He lives in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. Jodi Ann Argentino recently graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and will be sitting for the New York and New Jersey bar exams. Subsequent to working as a judicial law clerk at the Morris County Superior Court for the 2002-2003 year, Jodi will be practicing in the area of matrimonial law and children’s rights. She currently resides in Morristown, N.J. Catherine (DiFelice) Box sends the following exciting news: “In July, I received a master of arts degree in English Literature from West Chester University. On July 20, I married Jean-Baptiste, whom I had met in Paris while on vacation last year. The wedding took place in West Chester, Pa. Several Muhlenberg alumni attended the event, including Chris Lyon ’96, Carolyn (Harter) Lyon ’96, Michael Wojtaszek ’97 and Wendy (Chuplis) Wojtaszek ’98. Wendy and Mike’s son Logan was also in attendance. My husband and I live in Paris, and we welcome any visitors!” Courtenay Cooper married Daniel Hall on June 1, 2002 in an ocean-front ceremony and reception in Sea Bright, N.J. Alumni in the wedding party included, Tori Wardell, Lisa McGahen-Formicola and Andrew Cooper ’01. Other alumni who helped them to celebrate their special day included Chad and Shannon Lore, Joy Ludwig, Eric Rudolf, and Michael Pisano ’95. After a two-week honeymoon in Italy, Courtenay joined the Baltimore-based college marketing firm Campus Concepts Media. She is the national account manager. Dan is the president and managing partner of Madison Estates & Properties, Real Estate, in Staten Island, N.Y. The couple lives in Staten Island. Louis S. Crivelli II sends the following update: “In August of 2001, I graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Ill., with a doctorate in chiropractic. In March of 2002, I was hired as clinic director of Greenbelt Rehabilitation in Greenbelt, Md. Immediately following, I moved from Chicago (where I have lived for the past five years) to Annapolis, Md., where I currently reside. In September of this year, I will earn my master’s degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Conn.” On April 13, 2002, several alumni gathered to celebrate the marriage of Dave Moore to Sammy Gureasko. Among those in attendance were groomsman Paul Selinger, Paige Morris, Doug Ladley, Laura Varrone ’98, Josh Gibbs and groomsman Alden Cass.

| ’98 | Laura Varrone ’98 reports that several old ’Berg friends gathered to admire the new athletic stadium during the Class of ’97 Reunion in May, including Doug Ladley, Mike Levin, Lou Crivelli, Eric Rudolf and Eric Maguire. Dennis Williams just completed his master’s degree in education from Gratz College in Philadelphia with a 3.96 GPA. Dennis works as a ninth and 12th grade social studies teacher in the Cheltenham School District in Wyncote, Pa. He is an assistant varsity football coach and head throwing coach for the state qualifying boys’ track team. His wife Keisha is completing her master’s degree at Temple University as a nurse practitioner. The couple resides in Willow Grove, Pa. Lisa A. Brownstein, Brett E. Groff, Tiana Shekari and Dan Wilkin were awarded the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at the College’s 111th commencement ceremony in June. A total of 248 PCOM students were conferred their D.O. degrees. After four years as class president, Heather Clauss graduated from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in May 2002. She was also elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. Heather will be continuing her training in internal medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa., and has plans to pursue pulmonary/critical care medicine or an allergy/immunology fellowship. Heather makes her home in Philadelphia. Steven Faella proposed to Kristin George ’01 this past April during a visit to Muhlenberg College. The couple is planning a June 2003 wedding in Willow Grove, Pa. Kristin is a staff auditor at Deloitte & Touche and lives in Philadelphia. Jeffrey M. Karp recently graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry with a D.M.D. degree. He is presently living in Columbus, Ohio, with his girlfriend Nicole. Jeff is working as a pediatric dental resident at Columbus Children’s Hospital and is completing a master’s program at the Ohio State University School of Dentistry. Jeffrey will receive his master’s and certificate of specialty in June 2004. On May 14, 2002, Jason Lanham received his medical degree from MCP Hahnemann University and was promoted to the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. In June, Jason began his family practice residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Ga. Jason and wife Irene reside in Grovetown, Ga.
