Lara (Beatus) Bushell and her husband Jeff are proud to announce the birth of their first child - a daughter named Madeline Dru Bushell on December 2, 2004. Elizabeth (Harms) Hagerup writes, “My husband Ben Hagerup and I recently had our third son! Judson Paul Hagerup was born October 5, 2004. His brothers, Tyler, 4 and Zach, 2, are thrilled, of course! We also moved to State College, Pa. a little over a year ago.” Shannon (Loring) Mott and her husband, Don, are thrilled to announce the birth of their second child, Emma Skylar Mott, on December 11, 2004. Emma was born at 10:18 a.m. weighing 8 lbs, 3 oz and measuring 21 inches. Their older daughter, Chloe, is now 16 months old and seems to be enjoying her new role as big sister. Although their life is a bit more hectic with two kids, they couldn’t imagine having it any other way and are very happy! Ann Marie (Vest) Shattuck and her husband Jim welcomed their first child, Kathryn Ann, into the world on September 29, 2004. She is absolutely adorable, loves to laugh and has a great big smile. They are truly enjoying the adventures of parenthood.

Catherine (DiFelice) Box and husband Jean-Baptiste are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Océane Béatrice, on December 28, 2004. She was born – incredibly – in their apartment in Paris, delivered by the paramedics who arrived just minutes before her birth! Fortunately, she arrived safely and all three of them are doing well. Andy and Madeline (Stoopak) Brown are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Evan Fletcher. Evan was born 14 weeks premature and spent the first 95 days of his life in the NICU at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, N.J. Today, they are happy to report that Evan is at home and is doing very well. He is a happy, healthy 10-month-old who even volunteers as an “Ambassador Baby” for the March of Dimes to promote their campaign against prematurity. Madeline works as a teacher in the Parsippany-Troy Hills School District in Parsippany, N.J. Andy, a 1997 graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., currently works as a senior supervisor for PF Labs, a pharmaceutical company in Totowa, N.J. Laura (Tichy) Carlantonio writes, “We welcomed our first child into the world on June 8, 2004. Natalie Paige Carlantonio was born at 3:11 p.m. and weighed 8 lbs, 13 oz. We have never felt so blessed.” Susan (Borek) Kuhn and her husband, Tim, are happy to announce the birth of their first child, Claire Sophia, on September 16, 2004. Claire weighed 6 lbs, 12 oz and was 20 inches long.

Jim and Amy (Valli) Bennett are please to announce the birth of their daughter, Zoe Bennett, who was born on April 11, 2004. On January 8, 2005, Cindy (Gutierrez) Fasolino and her husband Pietro welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Isabella Sophia Fasolino. Isabella weighed 7 lbs, 15 oz, and measured 21 inches long. Everyone is enjoying the new addition to the family. Heather (Kutner) McDermond writes, “My husband and I just had our first child, a baby boy, Gavin McDermond on August 29, 2004. He was 7 lbs, 4 oz and 21 inches long.”

David and Jennifer (Spangler) Heckman are pleased to announce the birth of their son, David John Heckman III on June 29, 2004. David was 9 lbs, 6 oz and 21 inches long. Jenn is teaching sixth grade math at Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, Tenn. Allison (Mekovetz) Hernandez writes, “My husband and I welcomed our first child, Greg Jr., into our lives on July 14, 2004. He is truly a blessing! I have recently decided to put my teaching career on hold to stay at home and focus on raising my son.”

Noel and Erin (Frawley) Mahmood are pleased to announce the birth of their first child Maura Naomi on June 5, 2004. She weighed 6 lbs, 12 oz and was 19 inches long. Noel and Erin are both seventh-grade teachers in the Parkland School District.
