As a student, you may have utilized the Muhlenberg Career Network (MCN) to identify career opportunities for people in your major or perhaps you began your official networking by calling a MCN volunteer for an information interview, or met alumni at the annual Career Campaign. MCN still exists - and we are using it more than ever. Students and alumni in the job search use the database to identify individuals willing to talk with them about their career fields. The Office of Career Development and Placement uses the network to identify speakers, Shadow Program hosts, potential employers and Resume Book recipients, and to introduce students to networking.

If you’d like to become a member of the MCN, log on to www.muhlenberg.edu/ocdp/mcnform.pdf, download the MCN volunteer form, and return it to the Office of Career Development and Placement. You can also take advantage of networking opportunities available on www.mymuhlenberg.com. After logging on, click on Career Center where you can post your resume, become a mentor, post a job that’s available at your company or search the job-posting list!
