'92 Lauri (Thayer) Beltran and husband Rigo welcomed their third son, Alejandro, in June 2001. He joins brothers Rigo, age 7, and Luis, age 3. The family lives in Delray Beach, Fla. In July 2001 Bonnie Bodenheimer started working at George School in Newtown, Pa., as alumni director and special events coordinator. In October 2001 she also took over as the school's Web director. Andrea M. Felton is working as a medical office manager for Cornell Medical College's In Vitro Fertilization Center in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, one of the top centers in the world for fertility treatment. Cori Rose (Siipola) Garofalo and husband Richard are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Lynn, on July 11, 2001. She joins older sister Meghan at the family's Glen Gardner, N.J. home. Kim Germuga married Ken Rorbach on July 21, 2001. They reside in Alburtis, Pa. In addition to teaching mathematics at Northern Lehigh High School, Kim returned to the 'Berg as a lecturer for the Education Department for the fall 2001 semester. She says she is excited about being back at her alma mater as an educator. Joann (Sahayda) Monko and husband Robert welcomed their son Charlie to the family on Easter Sunday (April 15, 2001). Joann writes, "The bunny really delivered!" Charlie joins older siblings R.J., born June 29, 1995, and Emily, born April 14, 1997. The family lives in Orefield, Pa.

'93Amie B. (Stephen) Allanson is a psychotherapist with St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown, where she provides therapy in a community-like counseling center to people of all ages. Her son Maxwell celebrated his second birthday on December 15, 2001. Stephen Biehn and his wife Jennifer (Reeb) celebrated their first wedding anniversary on October 7, 2001. Stephen is a religion and philosophy teacher at Cranbrook, a college prep boarding and day school in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. He also coaches boys' and girls' soccer. Jenni is dean of upper school admissions at Cranbrook. Shirley A. Bohn is a project manager with Keystone Mercy Health Plan in Philadelphia, where she is managing the implementation of new medical cost analysis software throughout the company. Tamara Bill Christie recently starting working at the law firm Chambulan, D'Amanda, Oppenheimer and Greenfield in Rochester, N.Y., after nearly four years as an assistant district attorney. She is working in the firm's trial department. The Rev. Emilie Jane Conroy has returned to the Philadelphia area and is now coordinating her professional and volunteer activities at Ascendant Virago Enterprises. Emilie remains a vigorous activist for First Amendment rights and for public education in the United States. Kristine M. Kushmore sends the following news: "I am proud to say that I was recently married to my longtime love, Chris Riley. We were married on May 18, 2001. Eileena (Mathew) Miley and Jennifer (Beaver) Crumpton '94 were my bridesmaids. We have a beautiful son, Conor Kushmore Riley, who is now 2 1/2 years old. I am currently taking time off from my career as a corporate recruiter to spend more time with Conor." Dana (DeMuth) Pugliano and husband Tony announce the birth of their first child, Joseph Robert Pugliano, born on July 16, 2001. Joseph is also welcomed by his uncle, Bob DeMuth '96. Dana is an accounting supervisor and payroll manager for a computer software company located in Mahwah, N.J. The Pugliano family currently resides in Oak Ridge, N.J. Jill A. Simon married Ronald M. Lupi on April 28, 2001 at Crestmont Country Club in West Orange, N.J. Jill is a medical biller and office manager for Modern Urology in West Orange, N.J. The couple lives in Montclair, N.J. David Smith and his wife Elise are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Hannah Marie, on August 3, 2001. The family lives in Hawley, Pa. Joanne (Telesco) Torlucci reports that she started her own web-based business, wavin' baby designs (www.wavinbaby.com), in January 2000. Wavin' baby specializes in colorful embroidered clothing for infants and toddlers supporting breastfeeding. Retail sales through the Web site increased dramatically in the first year, and now wavin' baby items are sold wholesale through other parent-friendly businesses, catalogs and hospitals. The wavin' baby monthly newsletter includes over 500 subscribers from around the world, and continues to grow each month. And, speaking of babies, Joanne, husband Mark, and daughter Carina are all anxiously awaiting the newest addition to their family, due in March 2002. Katy Sheely Wheelock and Austin Wheelock '94 and are proud to announce the arrival of their first daughter, Sophie Marie, on April 19, 2001. Katy is staying at home with this strawberry-blond, blue-eyed baby while she continues work on her Masters of Sociology in International Training and Education at American University. Since their return from Africa in the summer of 1999, Austin has been working for KPMG Consulting in McLean, Va. The family lives in Alexandria, Va. Richard Wichansky is a certified public accountant working as a corporate finance manger for Schering-Plough Corporation in Madison, N.J. He lives in Denville, N.J. with his wife Stephanie and their son Jake, born February 6, 2000.
