Move-in day is Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019, for residential transfer students.

We’re ready to welcome you, help you get off to a great Muhlenberg start and move-in! We’ve made a checklist below of steps that you can take to make this exciting day go smoothly. We encourage you to print this page and use it as a tip sheet.

When You Arrive on Campus, Take These Steps in This Order:

  1. Go to the Seegers Union Information Desk to get your Muhlenberg ID made. You will need to take it to Campus Safety, located in Prosser Hall, to have your residence hall access added to your ID card.
  2. Go to the Office of Housing and Residence Life, located in Prosser Hall, to check in and retrieve your room key between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm.
  3. Take your vehicle to your residence hall and unload it. The college does not have carts to share; you are welcome to bring a hand truck to help with unloading.

Commuter transfer students:

Go to the Seegers Union Information Desk between 1 pm and 4 pm to get your Muhlenberg ID made.  You will need to take it to Campus Safety to have it registered in their system.  You may get involved in activities on campus that require after-hours access to non-residential buildings through your Muhlenberg ID.

All transfer students:
Your Orientation Leader will have your Orientation Welcome Weekend materials and distribute them at dinner.  They will contact you with the meeting location in August.
