Muhlenberg College to host panel discussion on Zika virus Feb. 24
Muhlenberg College's Trexler Library will host "Zika Virus: Myths & Realities" on Wednesday, February 24.

The 7:00 p.m. panel discussion on the Zika virus will be hosted in Trexler Library and will be followed by a question and answer session. The event is free and open to the public.
The panel will include scholars discussing the disease from multiple perspectives including microbiology, epidemiology, information management, sociology and history.
Panelists include Marten Edwards, professor of biology and certified entomologist; Cathy Ouelette, assistant professor of history; and Chrysan Cronin, director of Muhlenberg’s public health program and lecturer of biology.
The event is co-sponsored by the public health major and Trexler Library at Muhlenberg College.
