The process of discovery starts with completing the StrengthsFinder Assessment tool. This online assessment will take anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes to complete. Following this, a Strengths discussion will be scheduled to provide detailed information regarding your unique talents and how you can constructively utilize them everyday. There is no fee for Muhlenberg College students to participate in this program. To set up an appointment, contact the Director of Student Leadership Programs by visiting the Student Life Suite, located on the lower level of the Seegers Union Building (below the Wood Dining Commons) or by contacting the office at (484) 664-3657 or by email at

Once you've taken the assessment, you can log in at StrengthsQuest to retrieve your "Signature Themes Report" or one of several other helpful reports. You will need the email address you used at the time you took the assessment and the password you created.

You can also continue your own exploration by using one or more of the handouts located on the "Handouts & Readings" webpage. Other opportunities to gather with other community memebrs to discuss talents and strength-building are offered throughout the year. Look on the Muhlenberg College StrengthsQuest page for announcements.
