Sue Curry Jansen,professor emeritus of media & communication, received the prestigious C. Edwin Baker Award for the Advancement of Scholarship on Media, Markets and Democracy for her career-long contributions to critical media scholarship at a special ceremony in Prague at the annual meeting of the International Communication Association.
