Men's Track and Field Ranked in Region

Jake Ullmann The Muhlenberg men’s track and field team is ranked eighth in the Mideast Region in the first team index of the 2012 season released by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The rankings are based on submitted performances from the Mules’ two meets to date.

Muhlenberg is one of four teams from the Centennial Conference ranked in the top 10 in the region:
1. Haverford
2. Widener
3. Gwynedd-Mercy
4. Johns Hopkins
5. Moravian
6. Susquehanna
7. Carnegie Mellon
8. Muhlenberg
9. Lebanon Valley
10. Ursinus

The Mules have the top performance in the CC in four events, including the 4x400-meter relay, of which sophomore Jake Ullmann (left) is a member.

The Muhlenberg teams will resume their season with their only indoor home meet tomorrow. Field events start at 3:00 and running events at 6:00.
