Beginning in Fall 2024, all undergraduate students who are not commuting from home in accordance with the commuting policy will be required to live in College housing for all four years.

This has been our longstanding college policy. However, in the recent past, we have permitted a small number of students (approximately 4-5%) to live off campus. Beginning in Fall 2024, all students will live on campus and there will no longer be an off-campus housing approval process.

On-campus group housing options, including suite and apartment-style housing, will continue to be offered. We are working on expanding interest and affinity housing options to accommodate additional student groups. In addition, we will maintain our housing request process for students with a diagnosed medical condition that may significantly impact residential living.
