Allison Williams
Vice President for College Life and Dean of Students
Allison Williams joined Muhlenberg College in 2016 when she was appointed as the vice president of student affairs and dean of students. Allison came to Muhlenberg College from Lehigh University after 16 years of service in multiple roles. She most recently served as the associate dean of students and director of strategic initiatives at Lehigh. In 2021, Allison's role at Muhlenberg College was expanded to include additional College Life responsibilities and she now serves as the vice president for College life and dean of students.
Allison leads a team made up of 15 different departments collectively responsible for supporting health and safety, identity development, culture and inclusion, student engagement and leadership opportunities and the overall residential living experience.
Allison is a graduate of James Madison University and earned her graduate degree in College Student Administration from the University of Georgia, where she also received the Outstanding Alumnae Award in 2009.
