Ciarla Annual Schedule

Fall:
A complimentary copy of the Ciarla is mailed to the permanent address of seniors who had their portrait taken by Lauren Studios for the yearbook or submitted an alternate photo, and to those families who purchased a copy of the Ciarla.
October:
Senior Portrait information is emailed to the graduating class.
Senior Pride Ad information is emailed to the families of seniors.
Underclassmen parent/guardian flyers containing order and payment information are mailed.
October/November:
First senior photo session on campus
January:
Senior Portrait information is emailed to the graduating class.
Senior Pride Ad information is emailed to the families of seniors.
Underclassmen parent/guardian flyers containing order and payment information are mailed.
February:
Second senior photo session on campus
May 1:
Senior Pride ad final submission deadline.
Final reminder mailing of underclassmen parent/guardian flyer
June 1:
Final deadline for ordering underclassmen and extra senior yearbooks and e-yearbooks.
**Due to the print deadline and the high cost of ordering extra books, any order received after the deadline is not guaranteed.
