Muhlenberg is a great place to get to know more about your own religious tradition, as well as learn about your peers’ diverse religious and spiritual practices! Because we are a College in the Lutheran intellectual tradition, Muhlenberg welcomes students of any or no religious tradition. Our diverse religious communities work closely to learn from and support one another.
Opportunities to Connect
The Interfaith Leadership Council (ILC) is a student group coordinated by the Chaplain’s Office. The ILC meets regularly for interfaith dialogue, to share program updates from the diverse religious groups on campus, and to enjoy meals together. The ILC also plans programs for the College community, such as Speed Faithing, panel discussions, interfaith community engagement and text studies.
Students interested in learning more about the work of the Interfaith Leadership Council are invited to contact Rev. Claire Burkat, Interim College Chaplain.
