What is the Muhlenberg Shadow Program (MSP)?
The Muhlenberg Shadow Program (MSP) is a partnership between Alumni Relations and the Career Center that matches alumni in a variety of industries with students looking to learn more about a possible career path over winter break. Participants leave the experience with a polished resume and cover letter, increased knowledge of office etiquette and heightened understanding of the career-decision making process. MSP allows students to explore a potential career path by shadowing an alumnus or alumna in order to learn more about their day-to-day responsibilities and navigating the world of work.
