CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Open Level Group Mat: This class, designed for all levels, will focus on building body alignment and toning by developing a dynamic Pilates worksout. (Prerequisite: Any form of prior Pilates experience)
Pilates Group Mat PLUS: This intermediate level class focuses on challenging core strength, increasing flexibility and toning hips, arms and legs by incorporating the use of a variety of small props including balls, bands, discs, circles and weights. (Prerequisite: Prior Pilates Mat experience or history of fitness or dance related activity.)
Pilates Intermediate Group Reformer and Tower Class: Expand your Reformer experience! This intermediate level class introduces a variety of Pilates Tower exercises to your Reformer routine for a fun, flowing and challenging workout. (Prerequisite: Prior Pilates Reformer experience or permission by instructor.)
Pilates Private & Semi-Private Training: Personally designed Pilates sessions for individual or small-group training. Uses a wider range of pilates equipment including the Cadillac, stability chair, and barrel. Design a program that fits your personal physical needs and preferences.
