Intermediate Reformer

Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

The class incorporates the use of intermediate to advanced level exercises on the Reformer as well as the use of small equipment to challenge core and overall body strength and flexibility while focusing on proper breathing coordination and alignment. (Prerequisite: Prior Pilates Reformer or movement experience required.)

Group Mat

Mondays, 730 - 8:30 p.m.

This intermediate level class focuses on challenging core strength, increasing flexibility and toning hips, arms and legs by incorporating the use of a variety of small props including balls, bands, discs, circles and weights.
