Intermediate Mat - Flowing Pilates Plus

This intermediate level class focuses on challenging core strenggth, increasing flexibility and toning hips, arms and legs by incorporating the use of a variety of small props, including balls, bands, discs, circles and weights.
(Prerequisite: Prior Pilates Mat experience or history of fitness or dance related activity.)
Intermediate Pilates Reformer
7:30–8:30 p.m., Monday
Jan. 28 - April 21
Expand your Reformer experience! This intermediate level class introduces a variety of Pilates Tower exercises to your Reformer routine for a fun, flowing and challenging workout.
(Prerequisite: Prior Pilates Reformer experience or permission by instructor.)
