You’ll graduate from the Art History program prepared to meet the entrance requirements of graduate programs in art history, studio art and art education. You’ll also possess sought after skills—including critical analysis, oral and written communication and more—that serve as strong assets for a broad range of professional paths. 

Recent Muhlenberg graduates have secured jobs as gallery directors, program coordinators, membership directors, game designers, artists and more. They work for companies and organizations including Arcadia University, ArtsQuest, The Baum School of Art, Christie’s, Colby College Museum of Art, The Museum of Intrigue, The National Art Education Association, Pixar, The Phillips Collection, Razorfish, Rita Krauss Fine Art, The Rockefeller University, Vivan Horan Fine Art and so on. 

Other graduates have chosen to pursue graduate studies at well-regarded institutions including Carnegie Mellon University, Moore College of Art and Design, Rhode Island School of Design, San Diego State University, University of Texas-Austin, University of Westminster and Virginia Commonwealth University.
