Requirements for the Film Studies Major
The major in Film Studies requires nine courses, with at least three at the 300- or 400- level. Further, no more than four courses cross-listed with any single department or program can count toward the major.

- Note: Production-oriented students should use all of their electives for production courses.

The minor in Film Studies consists of 6 courses, at least 2 of which must be at the 300 level or above. In addition,no more than 2 courses from any single department or major (other than FLM) can count toward the film minor.
