Information Systems Management with a concentration in Cybersecurity (BIS)

The Bachelor's of Information Systems Management with a Concentration in Cybersecurity program will prepare students to be independent critical thinkers who are intellectually agile and able to express ideas with clarity and grace while providing an intellectually rigorous education. 

Graduates of the program will be qualified for positions in a wide arena of industries, bringing with them the ability to assess system vulnerabilities for security risks and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies.  Students graduating with the credential will possess entry-level qualifications for the following positions: Information Security Analysts, Cybersecurity Analysts, Cybersecurity Specialists, Penetration Testers, and Information Security Specialists.

Upon graduating from Muhlenberg College, students in the Accelerated Cybersecurity Program will be able to:

  • Plan, develop, and implement a cybersecurity risk-management program for organizations

  • Identify and analyze threats and vulnerabilities to recommend and implement solutions to security issues
