The accelerated business administration curriculum is designed to bridge theory with practice, preparing students to lead across industries and organizational functions. You’ll study core business principles—from accounting and marketing to organizational behavior and project management—while developing skills in leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking. Each course is structured to encourage collaboration, reflection, and the integration of real-life scenarios that deepen your understanding and elevate your professional capacity. The program culminates in a capstone project in which you’ll apply everything you’ve learned to a real business challenge.
From the start, the program prioritizes hands-on learning and professional relevance. Students work in teams to complete projects and presentations that mirror real workplace challenges. The capstone course offers a particularly impactful opportunity: students partner with a local business or nonprofit and serve as a consulting group, ultimately presenting their recommendations to a panel of instructors and industry professionals. This applied, experiential model reinforces leadership and teamwork while building meaningful connections in the community.
