The college offers a range of attractive, functional spaces for events, meetings, and other gatherings. For a full accounting of spaces, including their capacity, dimensions, pricing, and availability, please contact events@muhlenberg.edu or 484-664-3810.

Organizations and individuals can rent the dining room or the entire first floor of this historic house for a variety of events. It has hosted intimate dinners, small receptions, birthday parties, board meetings, staff training events, and retirement dinner celebrations. Cocktail hour can be held in the parlor and sun porch, and the dining room can seat 64 with rounds.

Conferences and External Events

The newest academic building on Muhlenberg’s campus, completed in 2023, is world-renowned for its sustainable features. Available to rent are classroom spaces with state-of-the-art technology as well as the large lower-level gathering area and back patio, which overlooks Cedar Beach Park.

Another popular venue at Muhlenberg, the Miller Forum offers space for a reception seating up to 150 with dining rounds or a theater-style meeting or speaker event with seating for up to 240.

This flexible venue can accommodate 475 in a theater-style event or 200 for dining and has been used for many large events including performances, speakers, and even wedding receptions. The adjacent Light Lounge can be used for a cocktail reception prior to the event.

The Wood Dining Commons has hosted galas, wedding receptions, and fundraisers. Our spacious, well appointed space can accommodate up to 600 guests. High ceilings, an abundance of windows, and a fireplace makes this space particularly warm and inviting.

Conferences and External Events

These spaces are difficult to book during the academic year but are highly sought after during the summer. Many summer conference programs utilize these spaces — at 10,000+ and 28,000+ square feet, respectively — for large-scale gatherings.

During the summer months, intern housing is available in the Village, our suite-style apartment complex. Our competitive rate is $31 per night with a one-month minimum stay.
