Clubs and Organizations

Clubs and organizations are a vital part of the vibrant student life experience at Muhlenberg. With more than 120 to choose from, you’re likely to find more than a few that interest you.

Select Student Clubs and Organizations

Here’s a sampling of some of Muhlenberg’s most established orgs.

  • The A Cappella Council has representatives from each of Muhlenberg’s six (!) a cappella groups and works to foster communication and collaboration between them.
  • Alpha Epsilon Delta is the pre-health honor society on campus. It hosts bi-weekly meetings that prepare students for their journeys in the health care field.
  • BergVotes is a nonpartisan and nationally recognized student-run organization whose mission is to raise political awareness and increase civic engagement on Muhlenberg’s campus. 
  • The Black Students Association prioritizes the experiences of persons of African heritage and persons of color while focusing on social justice and creating an equitable environment.
  • Comunidad is focused on creating a community between Latine/x students on campus and their allies.
  • enACT (the Environmental Action Team) is Muhlenberg’s official club for community-wide education, action, and engagement for the intersectional environmental movement.
  • The Investment Society manages around $1 million of the college’s endowment fund and gives students an opportunity to get some real experiences for portfolio alignment.
  • Muhlenberg Activities Council (MAC) plans social programming and extracurricular activities for students, from movie nights to field trips to special guests and events.
  • Muhlenberg Athletic Leadership Team (MALT) connects campus to athletics and educates student-athletes about how they can make a difference in their community.
  • Muhlenberg College EMS (MCEMS) is a PA-state certified quick response unit that provides basic life support and emergency medical care to the Muhlenberg College community.
  • The Muhlenberg Weekly has been the official, independent student-run newspaper of Muhlenberg College since 1883.
  • Student Government Association (SGA) engages with, advocates for, and relays information to the greater Muhlenberg community.
  • The Wall Street Club bridges the gap between the classroom and the professional financial industry and prepares students to find opportunities for both internships and careers.
  • WMUH, the Muhlenberg College freeform radio station, broadcasts over the air at 91.7 FM as well as online and has student and community DJs.
