Alyssa Rodriguez
Assistant Director of Multicultural Life & Specialty Housing
Alyssa started her journey in higher education at York College of Pennsylvania, earning a bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education. It was there where she found her passion for working in residence life as a Resident Assistant. Alyssa then created a program for first generation/low-income students and quickly found her passion for student advocacy in higher education. Alyssa has served as a graduate hall director for Fairleigh Dickinson University and then as an Area Coordinator for the University of New England. Alyssa joined the Muhlenberg College Residence life team in June of 2022, now working with students living in Greek and non traditional upperclassmen housing.
