Meet the Professional Staff

Ashley Sardik
Assistant Dean of Students and Director of the Residential Experience

Ashley began her professional journey as a Graduate Hall Director in the Office of Residence Life & Community Standards at Cedar Crest College where she most recently served as the Director. In between these roles, Ashley served as the Assistant Director and later the Associate Director of Residence Life at Lehigh University and then as the Co-Coordinator of Assessment for the Division of Student Affairs and a Residential Community Director at Case Western Reserve University. She has garnered experience in curriculum building, assessment and strategic planning and has a passion for student development, advising and mentorship. Ashley obtained a Masters in Secondary Education from Cedar Crest College. Ashley joined Muhlenberg College in June 2022.
