Trexler Library Policy Summary for Student Patrons
(Full-Time and Part-Time Students, students of the GCE program, and Senior Scholars)
The Library exists to meet the needs of the students, faculty and staff of Muhlenberg College.

Non-circulating materials available for use in the library include reference works, periodicals, rare books, archives and manuscripts.
Renewals
To renew Trexler Library Materials, patrons may:
- call the Circulation Desk (484) 664-3500 (ext. x3500 from campus phones)
- email the Circulation Desk, [email protected] access their library account using the OneLogin username and password through “My Account” on the Trexler webpage http://trexler.muhlenberg.edu.
To renew Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Materials, contact Interlibrary Loan at [email protected].
Fees
- Fines are $2.00/day for interlibrary loan items and $.25/hr. for reserve items.
- Unreturned, lost or damaged items will be billed.
- $250 in billed items will result in suspension of library privileges.
- Students who are unable to pay fees can contact the Library Director by email for assistance.
Lost/Damaged Materials
If a book is lost or damaged, the borrower is responsible for paying the cost to replace the item, including a processing fee.
