Your Coaching Team

Within weeks of arriving on campus, you’ll connect with three people invested in your academic, personal, and professional success — guaranteed.

The best performers, the best singers, the best athletes, the best writers, the best executives — they have one thing in common: great coaches. Muhlenberg’s innovative coaching program pairs every incoming student with a personalized team (an academic advisor, a career coach, and a college life coach) to help them maximize their potential right from the start of their college journey.

What to Expect From Your Coaching Team

Academic Life

Academic advisors help you chart your educational journey from as early as the summer before your first year. Your advisor may change as you declare your major but their investment in your academic success remains.

Career Services

First-year students meet individually with career coaches to develop a Muhlenberg Action Plan (MAP) — the key word being “action.” While each student’s MAP is unique depending on where they think they’d like to land, they’ll leave this meeting and all future career coaching meetings with action items they can complete in the short-term to begin working toward the larger goal of a fulfilling future.

College Life

Deepen your involvement in Muhlenberg activities by connecting with a college life coach. These coaches can offer perspective and guidance spanning all aspects of co-curricular and residential life.
