Finding affordable housing for your organization’s interns can be a headache, but Muhlenberg College can help.

During the summer months, there are a variety of available housing styles, from traditional residence halls to suite-like apartments. And throughout the academic year, housing in a residence hall on campus is available for lease.

Our competitive rate is $30 a night with a one month minimum stay.

We offer a unique, low cost housing alternative for currently enrolled college students (non-Muhlenberg students) while interning in the local Lehigh Valley area.  

Lease agreements will be available upon check-in.

Available Housing Options

Summer Housing Options

Housing for summer internships typically takes place in our suite-like apartments at Roberston and South halls as well as The Village and 2201 Chew St. Each suite is fully-furnished and includes a private bedroom and shared space, including a fully-equipped kitchen. 

Traditional Year-Round Dorm Housing

We offer a unique, low-cost housing alternative for non-Muhlenberg students who are interning in the Lehigh Valley within Martin Luther Hall, a 125-single room occupancy residence building.

Amenities include:

  • furniture, including two twin XL beds (capable of being upgraded to a king), desk, chair and dresser
  • access to a shared common bathroom on each floor
  • all utilities
  • option to rent micro-fridge and/or linens
  • communal kitchen in Martin Luther Underground, with spacious lounge and television
  • coin-operated laundry facilities
  • option to park in an adjacent lot
  • 24-hour patrol by Muhlenberg College Campus Safety
  • access to the Wood Dining Commons (based on availability)
  • ability to walk to several pubs and eateries, the 19th Street shopping district and the Allentown Fairgrounds
