How to get to and from campus and how to get around Allentown and the Lehigh Valley

Getting To and From Campus

Shuttle services are offered for fall break, Thanksgiving break, winter break, spring break, Easter break, and the end of the spring semester. Muhlenberg offers free shuttles to Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) and Allentown bus stations. Students can access shuttles to the Philadelphia (PHL) and Newark (EWR) airports for $100 in each direction.

The independent company My Bus Home offers service between Muhlenberg and select locations in Westchester County (NY), Connecticut, Massachusetts, Long Island, Baltimore, and Bethesda, Maryland, for all academic breaks. Learn more on the company’s website.

Getting Around Allentown and the Lehigh Valley

The free Muhlenberg Grey Shuttle takes students to the Giant (3070 Tilghman St.), Wegmans (3900 Tilghman St.), and Target (1600 N. Cedar Crest Blvd.) on select dates. Current students can find the schedule on BergConnect.

Muhlenberg provides access for all of its students and employees to ride the LANTA Regional Bus Service. Students can board any LANTA bus, swipe their college ID card, and travel throughout Lehigh and Northampton counties, seven days a week. The program includes two Chew Street bus stops on Muhlenberg’s campus: westbound in front of the walkway near Gabriel House and eastbound in front of the Baker Center for the Arts.
