Students are able to make a serious impact helping Muhlenberg Dining Services prioritize sustainability. Hear from Anna Shigo ’24 and Lacey Pasco ’23, two recent dining sustainability interns.

Esther Schlossberg ’20, a project coordinator in a Yale lab focused on opioid-use disorder and infectious diseases, landed that job after shadowing there as a student. Now, she’s hosting current students through the Career Center’s Externship Program.

Simone Kaye ’23, whose primary interest is in criminal justice reform, worked with a nonprofit organization that serves formerly incarcerated women.
