The Library exists to meet the needs of the students, faculty and staff of Muhlenberg College – individuals attending school or employed by the college.

Maximum checkout: 100 items
Non-circulating materials available for use in the library include reference works, periodicals, rare books, archives and manuscripts.
Renewals
To renew Trexler Library Materials, patrons may:
- call (484) 664-3500 (ext. x3500 from campus phones)
- email the Circulation Desk, [email protected]
To renew Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Materials, follow the directions on the strap or email [email protected].
Fees
- Fines are $2.00/day for interlibrary loan items.
- Unreturned, lost or damaged items will be billed.
- $100 in billed items will result in suspension of library privileges.
- If items are returned then fees are resolved.
Lost/Damaged Materials
If a book is lost or damaged, the borrower is responsible for paying the cost to replace the item, including a processing fee. The individual will be billed by the library for the replacement.
Library Card Expiration
Trexler Library Affiliated library cards are valid for one year. After a year, library staff needs to verify contact information and then will renew a patron’s card for the next year.
