Teaching Interests

I strive to help each student find confidence in their unique vocal identity. My studio is a welcoming, supportive space where singers can discover and express their artistry. To make that possible, we work together to build a technique that allows them to use their voice with both efficiency and ease.

Much of my work is about teaching students to focus and ground themselves—physically, mentally, and vocally. I enjoy working with singers across a variety of genres, from classical to commercial, and believe that versatility is essential for today’s performers. Regardless of genre, we will focus on refining vowel shapes and managing airflow and breath pressure to support healthy, stylistically accurate singing. I encourage students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of vocal style through active listening.

Lessons often include work on posture, alignment, and reducing physical tension in the vocal tract to allow for freer, more expressive singing. My goal is to help each student build vocal technique that is grounded, personalized, and adaptable—tools they can and will take confidently into the rehearsal room, studio, or onto the stage.
