Teaching Interests
I teach innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational management because I'm driven by a fascination with the future of work, leadership dynamics, and the intricacies of human behavior. My mission is to inspire the next generation to adapt, grow, and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape, where creativity, curiosity, and adaptability are key.
Research, Scholarship or Creative/Artistic Interests
I’m interested in this because I’ve spent much of my career studying how people adapt, grow, and thrive in fast-changing environments. Disruption isn’t the enemy—it’s the invitation. That’s a big part of what I shared in my TED Talk, Make Change Work for You. Change doesn’t have to derail us.
For those reasons, I love teaching entrepreneurship, innovation, and organizational leadership at Muhlenberg because I believe we’re all wired to solve problems—we just need the right spark, tools, and mindset to do it. For me, teaching gives me the chance to mentor the next generation of innovators and changemakers. I get to blend real-world experience with a future-forward lens—and challenge people to unlearn outdated rules. Whether it’s a startup idea or a shift in leadership strategy, I’m all in when it comes to building more adaptable, human-centered organizations.
