Muhlenberg Alumna Earns EPA Fellowship

Heidi Kunsch, a 2001 graduate of Muhlenberg College, has received a graduate fellowship to spend the summer working with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Philadelphia. Her award is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency National Network for Environmental Management Studies.

Heidi Kunsch, a 2001 graduate of Muhlenberg College, has received a graduate fellowship to spend the summer working with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Philadelphia. Her award is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency National Network for Environmental Management Studies.

The EPA offers programs to help undergraduate and graduate students refine professional skills and to enhance their knowledge of environmental issue and to provide students with research/training linked to graduate studies. The Princeton Review rates this program as “one of America’s top 100 internships.”

Kunsch graduated from Muhlenberg magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in environmental studies. She is currently in doctoral studies at Pennsylvania State University.
