The Institute for Jewish-Christian Understanding of Muhlenberg College presents its First Friday discussion for March, Friday, March 7, 11:45 a.m-1 p.m., in Seegers Union 108-110. The topic will be “Persecuted Christians: Are They Modern Martyrs?” presented by the Reverend Warren Henseler, retired World Mission Secretary for Africa and the Middle East, Reformed Church in America.

The program is free and registration is not required. Participants may bring their own lunch or buy it in Seegers Union; drinks will be available for purchase in the room.

The Institute for Jewish-Christian Understanding seeks to build an understanding of both the common roots and the diverse expressions of Judaism and Christianity, creating connections between Jews and Christians.
