Singer-songwriter David Bailey will perform at Muhlenberg College, Friday, January 24, 8 p.m, in the Red Door Café, Seegers Union. The concert is free and open to the public. When David Bailey was diagnosed with a brain tumor and told he had one year to live, he started over. With a gentle urgency to live passionately, he left his corporate job and returned to his dusty guitar. He soon began performing new songs of hope for his fellow survivors, but as one reviewer noted, his songs 'speak to the hearts of anyone who has tasted the bitter sweetness of life.' Over five years, forty states, and six albums later, David, his songs, and his passions are alive and well.
