Muhlenberg College announces four new hires in the office of development and alumni relations.

Tracy R. Kichline has been named director of technology management. Kichline most recently served as an I/S security analyst at Lehigh Valley Hospital, and previously was an information security consultant and specialist at Roche Diagnostics Corporation in Indianapolis, Ind. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska, Kearney. As director of technology management, Kichline oversees the management of alumni and donor databases. Kichline began her duties at Muhlenberg April 12.

Jacqueline Jones and Jennifer McKee have been named major gifts officers. Jones comes to Muhlenberg from Lafayette College, where she served as associate director of the Lafayette College Fund and assistant director of major gifts. Previously, she served as director of residence life and then dean of student affairs at Cedar Crest College. Jones earned her bachelor’s degree at Assumption College and her master’s degree in college student personnel administration from Northeastern University. Jones began her duties today, June 1.

McKee is a 2002 graduate of Muhlenberg College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. From August 2002 until the present, McKee has served as assistant director of alumni relations at Muhlenberg, providing opportunities for alumni involvement and reconnection. A volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters, McKee was nominated for the “Rookie of the Year Award,” a peer-recognition award for non-faculty employees, in her first year of employment at Muhlenberg. McKee will begin her new duties July 1.

Jeanne Sharp Wells has been named director of donor relations. Wells comes to Muhlenberg from the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, Pa., where she served as director of annual giving. Previously, she has served as interim director of development at the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri and as an officer of the Whitman Fund at Whitman College. Wells holds a bachelor’s degree in art history from Whitman College. As director of donor relations, Wells will plan, implement, and oversee Muhlenberg’s programs of stewardship and assist with planning and execution of donor-related development events. She will begin her duties at Muhlenberg June 9.
