Book Signing and Reading by Author Liz Bradbury to be Held in Trexler Library

In honor of local author Liz Bradbury’s new book, Angel Food and Devil Dogs, the first in the Maggie Gale lesbian mystery/romance series, the Trexler Library will host a book reading on A-Level on October 23 at 7 p.m.

A book signing will follow the reading, and 10% of the profits will benefit the College’s Gay-Straight Alliance.  The event is free and open to the public.  A reception will follow the reading.

Besides her work as an author of fiction, Bradbury has written and had published over 300 nonfiction articles and essays on gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues. She has regular columns in several GLBT publications and web sites including the Valley Gay Press, PA Diversity Network’s web site: www.padiversity.org, Panzee Press and Gaydar Magazine and speaks frequently on GLBT rights. Bradbury lives in Allentown and is currently at work on her next Maggie Gale Mystery - Being the Steel Drum Man.
