The LVEDC meeting discussed efforts to strengthen the brand of the Lehigh Valley, including this new logo.The annual meeting of the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp. included a video filmed on campus. See it here:
“The Lehigh Valley is a laboratory for the work that our students are doing,” Harring says in the video. “They’re taking what they’re learning in the classroom and they’re applying it in internships, in health sciences, in businesses across the Lehigh Valley.”
The Lehigh Valley was recently ranked first in the nation among regions its size for economic development by Site Selection magazine. It was also ranked fourth in the northeast among regions of any size.
