Caitlin Bach

Caitlin Bach (she/her) joined the Muhlenberg College Career Center in June of 2022. In her role, Caitlin oversees all student-facing initiatives, including programming and coaching. She sees herself, first and foremost, as an educator, and she takes that belief to heart in all of her professional interactions. Her focus has been on career and leadership development, as she believes that these are crucial for student success. Caitlin is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and prioritizes mental health.

Caitlin has worked extensively in the field of education as both a teacher and administrator, including in Student Life & Leadership Development, Career Services, Academic Advising, and as an adjunct professor. In addition to her role at Muhlenberg, Caitlin serves as the Executive Director for Theatre at Notre Dame High School in Easton, PA and as the social media manager for a community theatre in Central NJ. Her theatrical background includes work in directing, assistant directing, production & stage managing, costuming, and set designing.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Caitlin came to the Lehigh Valley when she enrolled at Moravian College (now University). She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts Outreach with certification in English and Secondary Education from Moravian and her Master of Education degree in Higher Education-Student Affairs Administration from Kutztown University. She also received her certification as a program specialist in English as a Second Language grade PreK-12. In her free time, Caitlin loves to go camping and spend time with her family. She is an avid reader, theater enthusiast, sports lover, and proud member of Alpha Sigma Alpha.
