At a gala May 3, President Kathleen Harring announced that the college surpassed the milestone two months before the conclusion of Boundless: The Campaign for Muhlenberg.
The College is included in the publication’s College Access Index, a list of the country’s 286 most selective colleges and universities ranked in order of economic diversity, and President Kathleen Harring was interviewed for an accompanying newsletter.
In a kickoff event on Saturday, November 13, the College announced that it will raise $111 million by 2025 in support of key priorities.
In a ceremony held in Memorial Hall on Friday, November 12, Harring shared her vision for the future of the College.
With the help of unprecedented levels of support from volunteers, Boundless: The Campaign for Muhlenberg met and exceeded its initial ($111 million) and increased ($125 million) goals despite significant external challenges.
Roughly two years after Astbury, a student-athlete on the soccer team, first took part in Major League Baseball’s Take the Field program, she landed a position with the league as a replay administrator.
The college has been accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education since 1921.
